Last night, Volkswagen Group China’s ‘Sports Car Challenge’ mobile game series by mobile brand gaming agency Proelios and mobile developer Deep Silver Fishlabs, won the Interactive, Entertainment Mobile Strategy/Campaign award at the MOMA (Marketing on Mobile) Awards 2015. From leading UK marketing and media industries magazine The Drum, the MOMA Awards identify the best work being produced on mobile and reward those which deliver the most effective and innovative strategies and campaigns.
Competing with Angry Birds/Finnish Tourist Board, LEGO Star Wars, Kelloggs/Activision ‘Pitfall’ game and Google/QuizUp, the judges said of Sports Car Challenge: “Integration within a full range of apps, built-in CRM and lead generation gave an interesting KPI to what would traditionally be a platform someone engages with in downtime. Virtual test drives and 3D experiences drove hot leads which worked really well offline.”
